About the Role

The organization seeks a skilled professional to join their team as a Data Analytics Specialist.

This 12-month remote contract position will support increased workload and involve managing and analyzing data to understand research, development, and extension (RD&E) investment program outcomes.

The successful candidate will work across projects combining applied analytics with strategic learning while developing tools and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis, management, and insights
  • Performance and impact framework implementation
  • Driving organizational process improvements through adoption of generative AI

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Analytical thinking, able to extract meaningful insights from complex data
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in survey design and general data analytics
  • Skills in data manipulation and wrangling
  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, Excel, Power Query, VBA, and SQL

You will ideally have an analytics or programming background with a blend of applied maths/statistics, IT, and economics training. Your experience in dealing with databases or dataframes will be an advantage.
