As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cleanliness and Maintenance

Ensure hotel rooms, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, are cleaned to the highest standards, adhering to our housekeeping detail standards.

  1. Team Leadership

Delegate tasks effectively to ensure rooms are refreshed in a timely manner, promoting a smooth and efficient workflow.

  1. Inventory Management

Monitor and control stock levels, reporting any discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.

  1. Quality Control

Conduct regular quality checks on rooms and collaborate with the Front Office to ensure rooms are released for occupancy.

  1. Rostering and Scheduling

Work with the Housekeeping Manager to plan and implement weekly rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels.

  1. Guest Satisfaction

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues efficiently to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. Previous Experience

A proven track record in a similar hotel position, with a strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety protocols.

  1. Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.

  1. Teamwork and Problem-Solving

Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
