Lead Participation Growth

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive participation growth in cricket.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase participation across key segments, including kids from all backgrounds and women and girls.

This leadership role requires a strong leader who is passionate about growing the game of cricket and making it accessible and welcoming for everyone.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow participation in cricket;
  • Lead alignment of strategy across Australian Cricket;
  • Position cricket as the sport of choice for women and girls;
  • Drive strategic change and growth in Community Cricket.

About the Role:

This is an important leadership position that will have a significant impact on the future of cricket.

You'll report to the Executive General Manager (EGM) Community Cricket & Capability and be part of a dynamic team that is committed to growing the game.
