Business Risk Analyst

We are seeking a Business Risk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business risk and developing policies to ensure an acceptable level of risk is maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business operations align with company goals and strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on complex matters.
  • Maintain high compliance levels by setting standards for review processes.
  • Manage workflow from a national queue promptly.
  • Proactively monitor business risk requirements within an agreed risk appetite and manage non-compliance promptly.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput/productivity and quality.
  • Provide timely and quality responses to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education in business or finance.
  • Experience in credit/consumer lending roles.
  • Evaluate new/increased business risk.
  • Provide advice on structuring transactions.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
