Job Opportunity for Support Workers

We are seeking experienced support workers to enable individuals with disabilities to lead active and engaging lives.

About the Role

As a support worker, you will work collaboratively with clients and their families to develop personalized support plans that cater to their unique needs.

  • Develop and implement customized support plans
  • Provide emotional and practical support to enhance overall well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Required Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification
  • Required Skills: Driver's license
