Key Responsibilities:

  • Run virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads.
  • Follow our fully scripted presentation to convert appointments into policies.
  • Offer customized life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection and final expense.
  • Maintain CRM activity and client communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training, leadership calls, and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Active life insurance license.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow a script.
  • Goal-driven and accountable in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and CRMs.
