Drive Technological Evolution as a Front-End Architect

Job Description:

As a seasoned front-end expert, you will spearhead the technological advancement of our company's front-end systems. This role involves architecting, implementing, and optimizing user interfaces for millions of users worldwide.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled front-end engineer with extensive experience in designing and building large-scale web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to design, implement, and improve scalable applications and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of high-performance, distributed front-end applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions and implement strategic plans.
  • Serve as a front-end expert on large-scale projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of software development experience in building large-scale web applications, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior engineering role.
  • Proven expertise in designing, building, improving, and operating high-performance, scalable front-end systems.
  • Extensive experience with client-side technologies and modern frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React).
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and growing junior engineers.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of physical architecture at scale, building resilience and highly available solutions.
  • Experience in performance optimization, using techniques such as caching and content delivery networks.
  • Proficiency in modern coding practices, e.g., Clean Code, SOLID, and TDD.

Location:

This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand (Relocation Provided).
