About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Endeavour Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing daily change initiatives within our One Endeavour program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Plans: Establish a comprehensive change management plan for the program, ensuring alignment with overall transformation objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communications: Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans to ensure effective awareness and capability building.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Change Initiatives: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives in terms of their impact on people, processes, and technology, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Identify and Assess Change Impact: Identify and assess the potential impact of changes on the organization and its stakeholders, anticipating and managing resistance to change.
  • Develop Communication Plans: Develop and deliver communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of changes and their expected outcomes.
  • Training Needs Identification: Work with stakeholders to identify and address training needs associated with changes.
  • Policies and Procedures Implementation: Identify policies and procedures that need to be implemented or changed to ensure successful transition to the new state.
Requirements
  • Large-Scale Change Program Delivery: Demonstrable delivery of large-scale change programs and activities.
  • Functional Experience: Functional experience in a role related to Finance, Supply Chain, or Merchandising.
  • Change Management Leadership: Ability to lead a change management function and program of work that is integrated in a cohesive way for all impacted stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Ability to anticipate and manage potential issues and risks to the program.
  • SAP Experience: Demonstrated experience working on large, complex SAP programs, with experience on S/4HANA transitions.
  • Change Management Principles: Extensive understanding of diverse Change Management principles and effective methodologies to execute suitable strategies as needed.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to peers and stakeholders, with a strong collaboration style and ability to engage at all levels throughout an organization.
  • Problem-Solving and Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to strike a balance between pragmatism and effectiveness, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, and exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Transformation Project Experience: Experience in working in transformation projects, with a focus on developing change initiatives to support significant organizational change.
