Embedded Senior UX Designer Position at WiseTech Global

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative Senior UX Designer to take on an embedded position in one of our product domains. As an Embedded Senior UX Designer, you will work closely with our subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of the business unit's operations and challenges. Your primary goal will be to design user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Tackle complex design challenges and lead projects from concept to delivery;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate your designs into existing workflows;
  • Educate peers on the value of modern Product Design and build trust through excellent collaboration skills and high-quality work outcomes;
  • Pursue outcomes pragmatically, making decisions even in uncertain situations;
  • Embrace the domain you're embedded in and continuously learn about its complexities;
  • Participate in Design Showcase sessions, Design Critique, and weekly 1:1 meetings with managers for continuous feedback and coaching.
