As a Senior UX Designer, you will be part of a tight-knit team that lifts each other up, working closely with subject matter experts to deliver exceptional user experiences.

This role is perfect for a Design pioneer who thrives in complex, rapidly evolving environments and can integrate themselves into existing workflows seamlessly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tackling a vast spectrum of challenges, from moderate to high complexity, and carrying projects through the entire double diamond of design thinking.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional peers to educate them on the value of modern Product Design and building trust through excellent collaboration skills and high-quality work outcomes.
  • Pursuing outcomes pragmatically, rather than adhering to rigid processes, and making decisions in uncertain situations.
  • Embracing the domain of logistics and learning about its specific challenges to grow as a Designer.

We're a hybrid team that meets in person every Tuesday at our Head Office in Alexandria, Sydney, allowing for strong collaboration across the team.

This role is strictly Sydney-based.

We're looking for a Designer who can thrive in our dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our team.
