Land Development Specialist Role

The role involves ensuring the safe and healthy development of land for the community. It requires coordinating with developers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and approved plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site inspections to verify compliance;
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process;
  • Supervising civil works to guarantee adherence to technical specifications and statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • Completion of relevant training courses in asphalt and road construction;
  • Experience in a road inspection, maintenance, or construction environment;
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
