About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness - Club Roles. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our fitness clubs, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage club operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve club performance
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
