Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our team at NRMA South West Rocks Resort. As a key member of our Cafe team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food preparation and presentation, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to company standards and customer preferences
  • Liaise with food service staff and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to company guidelines and regulations
  • Conduct daily temperature checks and record assessments as necessary
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas in accordance with daily cleaning schedules

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or club kitchen
  • Certificate in commercial cookery
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and workplace health and safety
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
