Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Team Member to join our team at NRMA Parks and Resorts. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to company guidelines and customer preferences
  • Liaise with food service staff and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, including proper storage of food, equipment, and utensils
  • Conduct daily temperature checks of fridges, freezers, and storage areas, and record assessments as necessary
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect all kitchen areas in accordance with daily cleaning schedules
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or club kitchen
  • Certificate in commercial cookery
  • Working understanding of 'Food Safety' principles and workplace health and safety
  • Highly effective verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving kitchen goals
