Job Description

The Strategic Infrastructure and Assets Unit within SAPOL seeks a highly skilled consultant to contribute to the planning and management of its statewide policing facilities portfolio.

This role is responsible for ensuring that SAPOL's leased and owned built assets are maintained at a high level, with a focus on achieving strategic and operational priorities.

The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders to develop infrastructure policies and strategic plans, and provide critical analysis and input into SAPOL's future infrastructure strategy and asset management strategy.

Key responsibilities include managing SAPOL's commercial portfolio, undertaking land management activities, and providing strategic advice related to accommodation spatial occupancy.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive best practice outcomes for SAPOL's commercial infrastructure portfolio.
