Bereavement Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Bereavement Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering supportive care to individuals and families dealing with grief and loss.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing individual and group counselling services, as well as developing and implementing support programs for palliative care patients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in palliative care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
