
Digital Automation Professional

As a marketing automation specialist, you will collaborate with various clients across different industries to support their campaigns using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement features. This role offers opportunities for growth and learning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Pardot and Marketing Cloud solutions
- Assist in requirement gathering workshops and document the results
- Facilitate discovery workshops and help train clients on Pardot and Marketing Cloud
- Develop CRM marketing strategies and roadmaps to enable lifecycle journey automation and drive repeat use for customers and partners
- Implement Test & Learn processes across CRM engagement and retention initiatives to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with IT and business systems teams to plan and facilitate platform integration (CMS, CRM, social etc)
- Report on campaign metrics and provide insights and recommendations to drive engagement, growth, and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience with enterprise-level marketing automation technology, including HTML/CSS skills and copywriting for digital
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Understanding and reporting of digital metrics to business stakeholders and clients
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Commitment to working in an innovative and progressive environment
