Your Responsibilities:

Client Delivery

• Deliver digital transformation projects across varied industries with a focus on practical, value-driven outcomes.

• Collaborate with client teams to analyze our needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of solutions on time and within budget.

• Maintain ~80% billable utilization.

• Apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect business processes and technologies.

• Identify and manage delivery risks while ensuring project quality.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams.

• Support adoption and change activities to drive stakeholder alignment.

People & Practice Development

• Develop consulting assets, methods, and tools.

• Support development of business cases, transformation strategies, and roadmaps.

• Contribute to the development of thought leadership including articles, presentations, and IP.

• Participate in internal training initiatives and knowledge sharing forums.

• Support onboarding and mentoring of junior consultants.

• Contribute to an inclusive team culture.

Business Development

• Work with Rockwell Automation account teams to identify new opportunities.

• Contribute to proposal development and client presentations.

• Support sales efforts with subject matter input and delivery expertise.

• Help articulate Kalypso's differentiators and service offerings to clients.

• Participate in opportunity qualification and discovery discussions.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.

• Proven experience delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led transformation projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel (~10–20%), primarily in the South Pacific region.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.

• Organisational Change Management experience or certifications.
