Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced head chef to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for managing a large team of chefs, leading by example and driving culinary excellence in our busy pub.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10+ chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Cook to high standards, maintaining consistency across menu items
  • Collaborate with the portfolio executive chef on menu direction and product development
  • Work closely with other senior management team members to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and reduce costs

Kitchen Operations

We offer a diverse menu that showcases our expertise in cooking pub classics and bistro-style food. Our deck kitchen serves up delicious rotisserie meats, burgers, and seasonal salads. If you have experience working in pubs or bistro restaurants, we want to hear from you

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a head chef in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with kitchen financials and forecasting
