Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance operations team in identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Investigate problems through root cause analysis and apply practical solutions.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data to inform decision-making and drive reliability across the plant.
  • Contribute to planning and delivering maintenance activities, shutdowns and capital projects.
About You
  • You will be a recent graduate or near completion of a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Have a strong interest in working as part of a team and building effective working relationships.
  • Be passionate about solving complex problems and analyzing data.
  • Display resilience, proactivity and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
  • Have a desire to grow, learn and take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Hold or be completing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
