Graduate Mechanical Engineer Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily maintenance operations and address engineering challenges within the Operations division.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and apply practical solutions to equipment issues.

  • Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive reliability across the plant.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver maintenance activities, shutdowns, and capital projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Completed or completing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Strong interest in working collaboratively as part of a team and building effective working relationships.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and analyzing data.
  • Resilience, proactivity, and willingness to step outside comfort zones.
