Your role

Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day maintenance operations and addressing real engineering challenges within the Operations division in Railton, Tasmania.
  • Investigating problems through root cause analysis and applying practical solutions.
  • Monitoring equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Using data to inform decision-making and drive reliability across the plant.
  • Contributing to planning and delivering maintenance activities, shutdowns, and capital projects.
  • Participating in reliability and asset improvement projects to shape the future of operations.
  • Building leadership skills with opportunities to supervise small teams.
  • Collaborating with experienced professionals and being a valued team member from day one.
About you

Qualifications

  • Completed or be completing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
  • A strong interest in working as part of a team and building effective working relationships.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and analyzing data.
  • Resilience, proactivity, and a willingness to step outside their comfort zone.
  • A desire to grow, learn, and take on new challenges.
  • Openness to relocating for each rotation, including Railton, TAS and Gladstone, QLD.
