About the Role
  • This position involves supporting day-to-day maintenance operations, addressing engineering challenges, and investigating problems through root cause analysis.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support operational teams in maintaining equipment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze complex problems and apply practical solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and collaborate with experienced professionals to achieve team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, report progress, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Develop your leadership skills by supervising small teams and contributing to planning and delivering maintenance activities.
About You
  • A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree is required, or near completion.
  • You are a strong team player with effective communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • You have excellent analytical skills, can interpret data, and make informed decisions.
  • A willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and grow within the organization is essential.
  • Flexibility to relocate for each rotation is preferred but not mandatory.
