About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available in our dynamic Client Success Team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as a Client Success Officer.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly adaptable, and possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes.

As a Client Success Officer, you will work closely with our Client Partner Managers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Client Partnership Managers in day-to-day client servicing, including coordination of client onboarding, training, adoption, retention, and offboarding.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, understanding customer behavior and needs, and communicating these insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for centralized client activities, including proposal support, account plans, contract governance, offboarding, and compliance.
  • Provide expert support for client queries and issues, conducting root-cause analysis and developing corrective action plans where necessary.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to better serve clients, through trends analysis and client feedback.
  • Educate clients on how to optimize our products and services.
  • Collaborate to strengthen operational processes, eliminating risk and operational issues.
Requirements

  • You must be passionate about enabling excellent client outcomes.
  • Be highly adaptable and motivated to play a key role in a rapidly changing business and industry.
  • Proven experience demonstrating breadth and depth of operational service delivery management.
  • The ability to create insightful presentations and experience working with tenders/proposals.
  • Experience and understanding of the payments/retail banking environment (highly desirable).
