About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Advisor to join our team at ETC LTD. As a Training Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training programs to students, ensuring they receive the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.
  • Assess the skills and abilities of students to tailor training programs to meet their individual needs.
  • Manage a caseload of students, ensuring timely and effective delivery of training services.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Current industry qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience.
  • Current driver's license.
  • A recent clear National Police Check.
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check.
