We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact in people's lives. If you have experience in customer service, administration, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs and creating personalized action plans.
  • Conduct career assessments and help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
  • Work collaboratively with community organizations to create opportunities for participants.
  • Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Referring participants through training, counseling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
