Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to take on the role of Training Advisor – Early Childhood Care & Education. In this capacity, you will deliver flexible and practical training solutions to students, encompassing both accredited and non-accredited programs, as well as coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate accredited and non-accredited training sessions, along with coaching and mentoring.
- Evaluate the skills and competencies of students to customize training approaches.
- Manage your own caseload effectively, ensuring adherence to established milestones.
Qualifications for Success
- Possession of a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent.
- Completion of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- A recent, clear National Police Check.
- A current NSW Working With Children Check.
