Financial Accountant Role Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking to advance their career with a leading property investment group. Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented financial accountant to join our corporate finance team.

As a financial accountant, you'll work closely with the senior financial accountant to manage critical financial operations, month-end processes, and statutory compliance. You'll play a vital role in providing accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights that contribute to our organization's continued success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing month-end and year-end close processes for corporate entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They will prepare monthly profit & loss financial analysis and commentary, assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to support the preparation of financial statements and ensure tax compliance.

Other key responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining corporate entity asset registers, ensuring accurate depreciation and asset tracking, and ensuring timely lodgement and compliance of all statutory obligations. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
