Job Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

About the Role: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our organization. Your primary duties will include assisting in the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and financial analysis. You will also partner with business units to review performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • Partner with business units to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the finance team in conducting financial analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical skillset and attention to detail. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: A CA/CPA or working towards is highly desirable, as is 1-2 years of experience in management accounting. However, we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
