We are currently seeking a results-driven Financial Analyst to provide actionable insights and drive business growth.

Job Description:

This role will involve conducting comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting market trends, and assessing the performance of banking products. You will be responsible for providing data-driven recommendations to senior management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, modelling, and variance analysis to support business unit performance.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Banking Product Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of banking products and services, identifying areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Business Case Development: Assist in the development of business cases and financial models for new initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a finance or banking analyst role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and banking products.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and business intelligence tools, such as Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
