
Motor Technical Skills Development Specialist

About this Role
As a Motor Trainer, you will be part of our National Training Team. Your responsibilities include delivering technical training to develop cost and service capabilities in motor assessing assessment processes.
You will deliver assessor training nationally, incorporating blended learning approaches, and optimize the Quality Framework Audit process to provide upskilling opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, and 1:1 training to enhance our assessing capability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years insurance industry experience, strong knowledge of motor body repair industry, and trade qualified as spray painter, panel beater or 5 years experience as assessor.
- Experience in quoting accident-damaged vehicles, customer service insight and delivery, and written and verbal communication skills are required.
