Job Opportunity

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing weekly payrolls, administering systems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage weekly payrolls for assigned businesses, create new employee records and update personnel information, and ensure timely processing of payroll corrections.
  • Administer SAP and SuccessFactors systems for comprehensive weekly payroll processing and utilise Kronos for interfacing time and attendance data.
  • Support the payroll team in administering and processing payroll for approximately 4,000 employees across 10 pay cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and provide payroll reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years working in a medium/large payroll environment.
  • Understanding of payroll processing and legislation, ability to interpret awards, EBAs, legislation and learn policies.
  • Strong customer and communication skills, excellent time management skills.
  • Systems experience including SAP, SuccessFactors, reporting.
