**Job Summary**

Caulfield Grammar School is a leading independent, co-educational school committed to providing exceptional educational opportunities. As a Payroll Officer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with weekly casual end-to-end payroll processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process and report on weekly and fortnightly payroll
  • Review, process and code casual timesheets
  • Provide payroll advice and communicate guidelines and policies to internal customers
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Participate in payroll/systems related project work

**Requirements:**

  • Considerable experience in a similar position, preferably within an educational setting
  • Good working knowledge of relevant Employment Awards and National Employment Standards
  • Demonstrated experience in working with payroll systems and manual processing
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
