Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and practical solutions to address their unique challenges.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, delivering high-quality and robust strategic projects.
- Lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates, managing workflow and offering coaching to foster their growth and development.
- Take charge of operational matters across the team, providing expertise and guidance to managers and associates.
- Participate in operational and business development projects to elevate team capabilities and efficiency on a national scale.
- Develop your advisory skills in your chosen area of interest, whether it's industry-specific or technical expertise.
- Actively engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and shape your specialization according to your aspirations.
- Qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s).
- CA / CPA qualified, or other relevant industry accreditation(s).
- Diverse business advisory experience (including private business and high-net worth clients), leading the delivery of high-quality and robust strategic projects.
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations.
- Significant people management and leadership capabilities, with genuine care for your people.
