We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team at PCR Talent, where you will have the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and large corporate clients.

About the Role

We are offering a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice on optimizing business structures for operational efficiency and tax effectiveness, and leading a team of accountants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large portfolio of HNWIs and corporate clients, handling complex issues such as business restructuring, tax consolidations, budgeting, and acquisitions
  • Provide strategic advice on optimizing business structures for operational efficiency and tax effectiveness
  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Regularly assess team members' skills, provide training and growth opportunities, and work with Partners in fortnightly meetings to strengthen existing client relationships and strategize on acquiring new clients
  • Engage with Partners to outline a clear path to Senior Manager, identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client service delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in tax and business advisory services
  • In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, particularly in FBT and GST
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business valuations, budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Proven experience in providing strategic tax and business advice to HNWIs and large corporate clients
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
