Job Summary
  • Meet and greet patients, providing exceptional first impressions
  • Manage appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team
  • Inform patients about dental services and promotions
  • Handle payments and maintain confidentiality
  • Deliver high-end patient care and build lasting relationships

Requirements
  • Calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous reception or customer service experience (highly regarded)
  • Positive attitude, personable, and enthusiastic with excellent customer focus
  • Efficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organization skills
