Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90-$160 per 2-hour class, with opportunities for bonuses and performance-based pay rises. Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Biology educators to join our team as VCE Biology Tutors. As a tutor with Contour Education, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, helping them to develop a deep understanding of biology concepts and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to small groups of students, providing individualized attention and support.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A degree in a related field and/or relevant teaching experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.High level of empathy and patience, with a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.Benefits
