This role plays a vital part in assisting individuals with disabilities to comprehend and execute their NDIS plans. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Action referrals in a timely manner to ensure seamless support delivery.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise information exchange.
