Support Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Support Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have expertise in NDIS knowledge and skills, and be able to work effectively with customers ranging from children to adults. The role involves capacity building across all domains of an individual's life, promoting research, management, and navigation of support needs, as well as connecting individuals with their communities.
