UI Design Specialist

  • Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma

  • Contribute to the product's visual identity and design strategy
  • Create prototypes and design specs for seamless handoff
  • Support and mentor junior designers as the team grows
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design for web and mobile
  • Advanced Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environment
  • A passion for design that educates and empowers users
  • Bonus: experience with gamified interfaces or fintech platforms
