Speech Pathology Specialist in Paediatric Care

About the Role:
">We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team at a Paediatric Private Practice in South East Melbourne.
Job Description:
">- Assist with supporting clients with a range of communication disorders, varying across ASD/Autism, language difficulties, social difficulties, articulation, literacy and stuttering.
- Work alongside teachers, support workers and other health care professionals to help achieve the best outcomes for clients and families.
- Contribute to assessments, participate in team meetings as required, and assist with reviewing clients as necessary based on individual needs.

">- $80K - $100K + super + bonus + PD allowance.
- Weekly bonus scheme.
- Graduate program (if applicable).
- Flexible working- work part time, or 4 long days and get Friday off.
- Complete reports/admin from home.
- Receive 1:1 weekly supervision and mentoring.
- Gain experience working in different areas of paediatrics including the clinic, clients homes and in schools.
- Gain experience in providing treatment to individuals, groups and via telehealth.

About You:
">- Completed Speech Pathology Tertiary degree (essential).
- Full SPA registration (essential).
- Current driver's license and car (essential).
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia (essential).
- Desire to learn and develop.
- Caring interpersonal skills.
- Proficient communication, organisational and computer skills.
- Working with Children Check.
