Customer Banking Specialist Relief

We are seeking a highly skilled banking professional to join our team in the Sydney South Area.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our relief team.

  • Deliver personalized banking solutions to customers through in-depth conversations and assessments of their financial needs.
  • Complete comprehensive financial health checks to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Effectively communicate complex financial information to customers, utilizing education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and champion our processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
