Overview
Customer Advisor, Leave and Relief - Ryde, NSW.
Join NAB as a Customer Advisor, Leave and Relief to support NAB's branches with a customer-first approach and provide a seamless banking experience.
Responsibilities
Provide first point of contact for customers across NAB's Hills District branches, putting customers at the centre of everything you do.
Identify suitable products and services for customers (e.g., account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions).
Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.

No banking experience required – full training provided.
Hours and location
Hours: 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 9:00am – 5:30pm on Thursday (30+ hours/week).
Home branch: Ryde.
Skills may be required to cover Hills District branches — Carlingford, Castle Hill, Eastwood, Hornsby, Norwest, Rouse Hill, Rhodes, and Macquarie Shops, so a licence and transport are essential.
