Overview

Customer Advisor, Leave and Relief - Ryde, NSW. Join NAB as a Customer Advisor, Leave and Relief to support NAB's branches with a customer‑first approach and provide a seamless banking experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first point of contact for customers across NAB's Hills District branches, putting customers at the centre of everything you do.
  • Identify suitable products and services for customers (e.g., account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions).
  • Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.

Requirements

  • No banking experience required – full training provided.
Hours and location

Hours: 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 9:00am – 5:30pm on Thursday (30+ hours/week).

Home branch: Ryde. Skills may be required to cover Hills District branches — Carlingford, Castle Hill, Eastwood, Hornsby, Norwest, Rouse Hill, Rhodes, and Macquarie Shops, so a licence and transport are essential.
