Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with startups/SMEs, industry partners, research institutions, and investors to facilitate collaboration and commercialization efforts.
  2. Support Commercialization and International Expansion: Assist startups/SMEs in market entry, pilot planning, and R&D project delivery to support their growth and international expansion.

Requirements
  1. Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in science/engineering and business, preferably with a focus on innovation and commercialization.
  2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in business growth, strategy, technology development, innovation, R&D, and/or commercialization, especially with science or tech-focused startups and SMEs.
  3. Strong Engagement and Networking Skills: Possess strong engagement, networking, and collaboration skills to build and maintain productive relationships across the innovation ecosystem.
  4. Experience in B2B Matching and Negotiation: Have experience in B2B matching, negotiation, and representation to facilitate collaboration and commercialization efforts.
  5. Experience in Developing and Delivering Workshops: Have experience in developing and delivering workshops and training sessions on entrepreneurship, innovation, and commercialization.
  6. Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a history of contributing to cohesive teams and achieving/exceeding performance targets.
