Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement successful business strategies for assigned advice practices.
- Drive sales growth by delivering presentations and executing our sales strategy to a diverse range of clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the wholesale distribution capability and sales effort as part of the sales team.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and relationships.
- Strengthen presence in the marketplace.
- Build and manage a client base for profitable growth within a dynamic environment.
- A tertiary qualification in Economics, Finance or a related field is essential.
- A proven track record in business development across managed funds and/or ETFs is required.
- A minimum of 3 years' prior experience in similar roles is necessary.
- Demonstrated passion for developing and nurturing client relationships is crucial.
- Expertise in investment strategies across various asset classes is necessary.
- A solid understanding of the financial planning industry is required.
- Self-motivation, ability to multi-task and willingness to take initiative are essential.
- Exceptional negotiation, influence and persuasive skills are critical.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills are necessary.
- Travel within Australia and internationally may be required.
- Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience and success in developing a similar business in another comparable organization.
