Delivering impactful marketing campaigns is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional.

A portfolio of large shopping centres requires a Marketing Executive to drive promotional and delivery efforts. This role involves assisting in the creation and management of annual marketing plans, planning unique and fresh marketing campaigns, and extending digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
• Plan and manage innovative marketing/promotional campaigns
• Enhance digital and social media presence of the asset
• Liaise with agencies
• Manage signage, website & brand identity
• Provide relevant reporting (traffic, demographics, budget & spend)
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, centre management, agencies and local governing bodies
• 2+yrs marketing experience in a comparable environment (Shopping Centre/retail)
• Strong initiative
• Team player mentality and ability to work as part of large team
• Sound communication skills (verbal and written)

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative and excellent communication skills. A background in retail marketing and experience working in a fast-paced team environment are highly desirable.
