Regional Leader Opportunity

As a Regional Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing region with a team of 100+ members across multiple stores.

The key objectives of this role include:

  • Coaching and developing a large team remotely (100+) with a proven track record in building high-performing teams and improving team effectiveness
  • Driving the delivery of exceptional store standards to maintain the highest levels of safety for team members and customers
  • Implementing business strategies and meeting commercial targets to achieve sustained improvement
  • Creating a customer-focused culture that rewards achievement and builds careers
