Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Care Manager to oversee the coordination of bookings, client assistance, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule bookings with the public and vet clinics
  • Assist clients who bring pets to our premises
  • Mentor direct reports
  • Manage escalated customer enquiries
  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team
  • Prioritize and coordinate resources
  • Manage rosters and associated costs
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with interstate counterparts
  • Provide backup support to the team

Requirements:

  • Passion for animals and understanding of pet aftercare
  • Significant experience in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High energy level
  • Minimum two years experience in a customer service management role
