About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the court's operations, requiring initiative, dedication, and strong administrative and communicative skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Court Document Management: Court document and exhibit management;
  • Administration Support: Administration of court proceedings;
  • Communication Interface: Providing telephone and personal interface between the Judge, other judges, chambers, the profession, the public and other key stakeholders;
  • Technical Support: Word processing and operation of computer (personal and network) systems;
  • Liaison Services: Liaison with appropriate departmental support services;
  • Circuit Travel: Organising circuit travel (as required);
  • Office Logistics: Office support and logistics;
  • Legal Research: Legal research, filing, notations, collections and production of documentation.
